We will process your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of purchase.

We will process your exchange once we have received and inspected the returned item.

We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
